   • Equipment must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

   • Items that are damaged, used, or missing components are not eligible for return.

   • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns of eligible equipment to cover processing and restocking costs.

   • The restocking fee is calculated based on the original purchase price of the item.

   • Contact our customer service team to initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

   • Package the equipment securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number.

   • Ship the item to the designated return address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs plus adding insurance of equipment's price unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
